Two manga publishers, already in the area should be fitted with additional office and display spaces as well as exhibitions rooms. The proposed structure emerges on top of the existing rooftops. manga@wikipedia One of the consequences of   the development of Akihabara is the transformation of the old urban structure into an urbanism of towers. The project proposes a solution to the need for densification which avoids the disappearance of the existing structure, inhabiting the existing roofs of Akihabara with offices and cultural spaces in order to create a new level of urbanity.
